Thank you for getting through this tutorial! Hopefully it was useful and it cleared up a bunch of misconceptions and questions you may have had. Maybe you have some questions about concepts that still weren't clear enough. Either way, I'd love to hear how you found it. There are plenty of sources out there from which I've learnt about hyponatraemia and which you can use too. But only some of them take this mechanism-based approach which (to me anyway) intuitively relates each step in the algorithm to a mechanism causing the hyponatraemia, and which was the key to me understanding it enough to make this tutorial. So here are some other sources which take a similar approach and explain things in more depth, but may be subtly different:

A key source of knowledge for this tutorial was the hyponatraemia section of the Fluid and Electrolytes Masterclass, which is part of Medmastery. This is a brilliant course from which I learnt a lot and which I would strongly recommend. They have a taster youtube video on the summary of hyponatraemia (as well as other videos from the course) available for free on their channel: www.youtube.com/watch?v=F8ImgYuNoeQ
Eric Strong's tutorial on hyponatraemia takes a similar approach but gives a bit more focus on the fluid status assessment, and also explains reset osmostat and cerebral salt-wasting
